A custom-sculpted necklace pendant designed around your team or event’s logo, colours, and design direction. Think championship ring meets pendant: bold, durable, and made to be worn long after the trophy ceremony. Each pendant is one size, finished in our signature gold trim, and strung on a basic chain.

At launch, we focus on female-dominant youth sports: competitive dance, cheer, ringette, volleyball and softball. We are actively expanding to other sports as more teams come through. If your sport isn’t listed, ask. We can almost always make it work.

Ten pieces. Whether you are a single team ordering for your roster or a tournament organizer ordering for an entire event, we will quote it.

Custom orders run roughly $25 CAD per piece for orders between 10 and 100 pieces. Volume orders (100 pieces and up) scale down from there and are quoted on request. There is also a one-time mold fee of around $200 CAD per custom design.

The mold fee covers the cost of sculpting your custom design and producing the physical mold we cast from. It is a one-time charge, paid upfront, and only applies to brand-new designs. If you reorder the same pendant the following season, no mold fee.

Roughly four weeks from the moment you approve your proof. Quoting and proofing take 3 to 7 days on top of that, depending on how quickly we hear back from you.

Yes. We don’t make a single pendant until you sign off in writing. Your proof shows you the design, colours, finish, and dimensions. One round of revisions is included; we will keep working until it is right.

We revise. We don’t move to production until you are a yes, on the record, in writing. We would rather build it right than build it twice.

Custom pieces aren’t returnable, that is the nature of “made just for your team.” We do replace pieces that arrive damaged or defective, no questions asked. Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will sort it.

A durable base alloy with colour-matched faux stones. They are designed to be worn, not put in a display case. Lightweight enough to wear all day, sturdy enough to survive a backpack.

We get extremely close, but we cannot guarantee a perfect Pantone match on faux stones and pendant finishes. Your proof will show you the closest match we can produce before you approve.

Often, yes. It depends on the design and the production method. We will cover what is possible during the proof stage.

Vector is best (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or vector .PDF). High-resolution PNG or JPG works in a pinch. If you don’t have a logo file, we can work from a description or a screenshot and build something for you. (Just be ready for a small extra design fee.)

A 50% deposit is due when you approve the proof. The remaining 50% is due before we ship. We accept e-transfer (Canada), credit card, and bank transfer.

At launch, we ship across Canada with all duties and taxes handled. US shipping is rolling out next. If you are a US team or organizer, drop us a note via the quote form and we will let you know where we are with your region.

We do. Your quote is the price you pay. No customs surprises at the door.

Sometimes. Reach out and we will tell you straight whether your timeline is workable. We don’t promise rush production unless we are sure we can deliver.

The pendants are sized to be wearable by all ages: ten-year-olds, fifteen-year-olds, and the team mom who wants one too. Coaches and parents wear them more than you would expect.

Our minimum is ten. If you have a special occasion, ask. Sometimes we can roll a single piece into a future production run.
